What we need from you
When you register as a member, we will request the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone Number
- Email address
Why
This information is required to manage your membership. and to keep you informed about club matters, such as activities and meetings. It is shared with Committe members as required, but will not be shared with any third party without your express consent.
Your information will be deleted should you choose to leave to club, or decide not to renew your membership.
When you register for a walk, we will also request a contact number to be used in the event of an emergency. This information will be destroyed after the walk.
How we protect your information
The full database and mailing list is only available to the Secretary. It is stored online, and password-protected.
